北京时间3月10日，奈史密斯篮球名人堂公布了2021届名人堂最终候选名单，波什和皮尔斯等人入围。
这份候选名单中，前NBA球员包括：波什、皮尔斯、本-华莱士、蒂姆-哈达威、克里斯-韦伯、库珀和马基斯-约翰逊。还有以教练身份入选的阿德尔曼、比尔-拉塞尔、杰-莱特。
除此之外，前WNBA球员劳伦-杰克逊也入选此名单。
