北京时间5月13日，据美国媒体报道，底特律活塞队已经与主教练德文-凯西达成续约，双方签订了一份为期一年的合同。
续约之前，凯西与活塞队的正常合同到期时间为两年后。完成提前续约的凯西，合同期延长到了2023-24赛季结束。
凯西本赛季带领活塞队只取得20场胜利，他在当选活塞队主帅的三个赛季以来，带队一共取得了81胜137负的战绩。
