穆雷成为场边观众，一直在为队友助威，他甚至还对裁判的判罚不满，在场下抗议。
据掘金主帅迈克尔-马龙透露，NBA官方已经就此事警告了穆雷。官方联系了球队，要求穆雷在场边时收敛一点。
马龙透露，在第二场比赛前，他对穆雷说，“嗨，伙计，今晚我可不想看到你走到我前面。”
