北京时间7月27日，大热新秀卡梅伦-托马斯接受媒体采访，谈到了自己崇拜的球员。
“我非常崇拜科比-布莱恩特。不过说到对位，我并没有什么特别想要对位的球员，我想跟任何人对位，我想跟所有人对抗。”卡梅伦-托马斯在采访中表示。
在谈到自己是否看了今年的季后赛时，卡梅伦-托马斯说道：“我看了很多德文-布克，凯里-欧文和詹姆斯-哈登的比赛，除此之外我还看了一些布拉德利-比尔的比赛。”
