北京时间7月29日，据美国媒体报道，迈克-德安东尼正式辞去篮网队助理教练的职务，不再辅佐史蒂夫-纳什的工作。
德安东尼此前一度成为波特兰开拓者队主教练的主要竞争者，虽然最终没有成功当选，但还是引来了不少球队向其抛出橄榄枝。
上个赛季德安东尼加入篮网助教团队，与之前自己的爱徒纳什一同合作。
