北京时间7月30日，NBA选秀大会今天正式开始，底特律活塞队用状元签选择了凯德-坎宁安。
来自蒙特沃德学院的坎宁安，此前一直都是状元大热。在NCAA出战27场比赛，场均能够为球队贡献20.1分6.2个篮板3.5次助攻和1.6次抢断，命中率为43.8%，三分球命中率高达40%。
今天坎宁安带着自己的女儿来到选秀，他也成为第一位带着女儿当选NBA状元的球员。
