拉科布表示：“也许我们很幸运，有些球员立即展现出来实力。但也许是在第二年。看看普尔吧。科比（布莱恩特）也是直到第三年才打出来。假如你回顾历史，情况一向如此。你对他们的预期必须是总体上第二年或第三年（取得突破）。对此我可以接受。”
