北京时间8月8日，湖人前锋特雷沃-阿里扎接受采访，被问到是否想过在2009年后自己会重返湖人。
阿里扎表示：“实际上我没有。但是世间的物质和能量都有自己的解决之道，来到这里实际上算是循环圆满。我很激动能回家，来到这里，很激动能够穿回那件湖人球衣，继续帮助建立这里的赢球传统。”
