北京时间8月21日，据《费城问询报》报道，为了节省开支，76人队裁掉了球队的装备经理斯科特-雷戈和一半的球探。
76人大动手术，总共有17人被解雇，包括球探部门的一半以上。
发展联盟球队总经理马特-利利和首席训练师也在被解雇人员中。
雷戈今年50岁。从1987年起开始为76人工作，至今已经为球队服务了34年。他与“大帝”乔尔-恩比德关系非常好，但也未能因此保住工作。（吴哥）
