早在2018年，湖人就已经将鲁尔-邓裁掉，但湖人还得支付他的薪水。接下来的赛季，他年薪为500万美元，在湖人目前还能排第六位。
霍华德和安东尼都是以老将底薪加盟湖人，两人工资加起来几乎只有鲁尔-邓的一半。
