统计结果显示，拉波尔塔获得了30184张选票，占全部选票的54.28%。丰特获得16679张选票，占29.99%。弗雷萨获得4769张，占8.58%。
拉波尔塔曾在2003年到2010年间担任巴萨主席，他聘请里杰卡尔德以及引进小罗的决定，是巴萨梦二崛起的关键。2005-06赛季，巴萨获得西甲和欧冠三冠王。2008年夏天，拉波尔塔提拔瓜迪奥拉，让球队完成重建。小罗和德科等巨星被清洗后，巴萨进入梦三时代，创造了六冠王的辉煌。
