英超在其微博平台上宣布：“忠诚无价！17年如一日的无私付出，504次联赛出场，他在英超历史上留下了属于自己的印记。我们非常高兴地宣布史蒂文-杰拉德成为英超名人堂的成员！”
杰拉德为利物浦总计出场过710次，攻入186球。
