C罗在9月份总共代表曼联出战了5场比赛，总共打入5球，场均1球。其中，在联赛中出场3次，打入3球。在欧冠联赛中出场2次，打入2球。在对阵比利亚雷尔的比赛当中，C罗在补时阶段完成了绝杀。
C罗在拿到这个奖项之后表示：“谢谢为我投票的球迷们。”
