据西班牙《每日体育报》报道，在解雇主教练科曼后，巴萨俱乐部已经决定，让二队主教练塞尔吉·巴尔胡安担任球队的临时主帅，直到新帅上任。
周四，塞尔吉就会带巴萨球员进行训练。
塞尔吉今年50岁，球员时代他效力过巴萨和马竞，还曾代表西班牙队参加多届大赛。教练时代，他曾执教巴萨维尔瓦、阿尔梅里亚、马洛卡等球队。2018-2019年，塞尔吉还曾执教浙江绿城，但带队冲击中超功亏一篑。
