在解雇科曼之后，巴萨敲定了哈维，但哈维需要在11月国际比赛日才能上任。在这期间，球队将由B队主帅巴尔胡安带队。
巴尔胡安现年49岁，他曾在2017年-2019年执教过中甲球队浙江绿城。
