洛佩特吉的经纪人是门德斯，这名西班牙主帅最近几年的执教战绩非常优异。2019/2020赛季，他率领塞维利亚赢得了欧联杯的冠军。目前塞维利亚暂时排名西甲联赛的第一位。
洛佩特吉与塞维利亚的合同将在2024年到期，但红魔可以花500万解约金签下洛佩特吉。
洛佩特吉之前曾执教过西班牙国家队、皇马与波尔图。
