11月22日，《都灵体育报》官方揭晓了2021年的金童奖得主是巴萨的佩德里。
18岁的佩德里上赛季为巴萨出场了50次，打入4球助攻6球，此外他还跟随西班牙国家队参加了2020年的欧洲杯以及东京奥运会。
去年的金童奖得主的是多特蒙德的哈兰德。
